Facilities bargaining committee returns to table for sixth week of negotiations. November/2018 — The 10-union Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA} and the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) headed back to the table today for a sixth week of negotiations.

Contracting-out protections restored, health and safety protections strengthened in ‘no concessions’ agreement. We are recommending members vote “yes” at ratification votes that are being scheduled for mid January.
